• Commerce Procurement Team plays a critical role in the business by managing the strategic design and execution of end-to-end processes for acquiring goods and services sustainably and in compliance with business standards.

We oversee sourcing and onboarding vendors, optimizing key company systems and processes, maintaining a strategic outlook on procurement activities, and ensuring all contracts meet legal, project, and business requirements. This person will oversee the logistics categories, including warehousing and managing CAPEX equipment purchases. Leads regional projects, risk assessments and innovation initiatives. Responsibilities:

• term strategies for the assigned categories to drive cost optimization, enhance operational excellence and enable sustainable business growth.


• Lead technical and commercial negotiations to drive sourcing in alignment with business requirements and global procurement strategies.


• Identify and source materials and services by collaborating with Project and Operations team, and approved vendors, ensuring alignment with engineering drawings, specifications and Bills of Materials (BOM).


• Lead the review and negotiation of contract terms, pricing agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure strong vendor performance and operational excellence.


• Manage strategic supplier relationships and discussions to drive continuous improvement and ensure accountability.


• Develop and maintain dual-sourcing and contingency plans to reduce supply chain risk and ensure business continuity.


• Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices across all procurement activities.

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration from an accredited university, or equivalent practical experience.


• 4 years’ experience in logistics sourcing within FMCG or 4PL environments; broader supply chain experience is an advantage.


• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information effectively.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Proven ability to analyze data and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and improve procurement efficiency.


• Demonstrated problem-solving and project management capabilities, with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
