We are looking for a highly driven TikTok MCN Operations Manager to manage end-to-end livestream operations, working closely with live hosts (streamers), merchants, and internal teams to drive sales performance and campaign success.


This role is ideal for someone who understands TikTok LIVE, e-commerce conversion, and creator management and can execute both strategy and operations.

πŸŽ₯ 1. Livestream Operations Management

  • Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end TikTok LIVE campaigns

  • Coordinate livestream schedules, run-of-show, and content flow

  • Ensure smooth execution during LIVE sessions (timing, engagement, sales push)

  • Monitor LIVE performance and troubleshoot in real-time


🀝 2. Creator / Host Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok livestream hosts (KOLs / streamers)

  • Train hosts on product knowledge, scripts, and selling techniques

  • Guide hosts on content delivery, engagement tactics, and conversion strategies

  • Track host performance (GMV, CTR, engagement rate)


πŸ›οΈ 3. Merchant & Campaign Coordination

  • Work closely with merchants to plan promotions, bundles, and offers

  • Align on campaign objectives (sales targets, traffic goals)

  • Coordinate product selection, pricing strategy, and inventory readiness

  • Ensure all promotions are properly reflected during LIVE sessions


πŸ“Š 4. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze livestream KPIs (GMV, traffic, conversion rate, AOV)

  • Generate post-campaign reports and insights

  • Identify improvement areas and optimize future campaigns

  • A/B test different livestream formats, scripts, and offers

  • Set up livestream campaigns within TikTok Seller Center / backend tools

  • Coordinate with marketing team for traffic generation (ads, content, affiliates)

  • Ensure all assets (scripts, visuals, links) are prepared before LIVE

  • Manage backend operations such as product linking, vouchers, and checkout flow

  • Develop high-converting livestream strategies (hooks, storytelling, urgency tactics)

  • Plan promotional angles (flash deals, limited offers, bundles)

  • Work with creators to improve viewer retention and engagement

  • Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities

  • Work with internal teams (marketing, creative, tech) for campaign execution

  • Liaise with external partners (MCNs, agencies, influencers)
