TikTok LIVE Host & E-Commerce Executive
Job Responsibilities
Host engaging TikTok LIVE sessions to showcase and sell products across multiple brands.
Interact with viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchases during livestreams.
Demonstrate products confidently and provide accurate product information.
Manage TikTok Shop orders using the TikTok Seller Centre App.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders received during and after livestreams.
Ensure all orders are packed accurately and ready for dispatch.
Assist with stock organisation before and after LIVE sessions.
Work with the team to plan livestream schedules, promotions, and product showcases.
Keep up to date with TikTok trends and recommend ideas to improve livestream engagement and sales.
Requirements
Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
Fluent in spoken English and Tamil.
Familiar with TikTok Shop and the TikTok Seller Centre App.
Able to manage TikTok Shop orders, including picking and packing.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
Responsible, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work according to peak audience viewing times. Livestreams are typically held in the evenings and on weekends, although schedules are flexible and will be planned in advance.
Previous experience in livestream selling, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage but not essential.
