Key Responsibilities




  • Prospecting: Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and conducting outreach (cold calling/emailing).


  • Consultative Selling: Analyzing client requirements to recommend tailored technical solutions.


  • Demonstrations: Performing product demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical presentations.


  • Relationship Management: Building rapport with existing clients to drive retention and upselling.


  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiating prices, service renewals, warranties, and closing deals.


  • Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends. 


Common Qualifications & Skills



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or relevant field.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or technical roles.

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud computing, or specific industry tech (e.g., AI, cybersecurity).

  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
