Experience in B2B e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or digital transformation projects
5–8 years of experience in technical/product/project management in e-commerce, digital platforms, or software development
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end delivery of e-commerce platform projects from initiation to deployment and post-launch maintenance and improvements.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
Evaluate technical proposals and third-party solutions for feasibility, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
Monitor and deliver on project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
Identify delivery risks, assess trade-offs, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to internal governance, development standards, and reporting requirements.
Act as primary liaison with external vendors; challenge vendor deliverables for quality and technical alignment.
Collaborate with in-house full-stack developers and UX designers to ensure feature delivery aligns with business objectives.
Provide clear status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to management.
Contribute to process standardization, SOP creation, and continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in technical/product/project management in e-commerce, digital platforms, or software development.
Proven track record managing platform, R&D, or digital product projects.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
