Team Leader - Warehouse (Lampung)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Implement Safety & 5S practices in the warehouse area


• Monitor daily warehouse operations


• Manage manpower allocation and ensure optimal team productivity


• Oversee Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes


• Control system accuracy and warehouse operational flow through WMS


• Handle operational issues and complaints


• Coordinate and escalate operational issues to the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum education Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent


• Minimum 1 year of experience in related field role or within the e-commerce industry


• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace


• Have a strong leadership skills to lead both small and large teams


• Good communication and coordination skills


• Willing to work in shifts


• Willing to be placed according to company needs in the assigned city
