Description

Truegenics is a leading eCommerce company with a proven track record of over US$218M in online product sales. Our affiliate program has been a long-standing and critical driver of our success in the U.S. market.

We are hiring a Team Lead or Manager to join our Affiliate Channel Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical ability, business acumen, and commercial judgement, who can manage affiliate partnerships and drive measurable revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying performance opportunities, improving partner productivity, supporting affiliate recruitment and activation, and translating data into clear business actions that drive revenue, margin, and long-term partner value.

This role works normal office hours, with occasional evening calls to support U.S.-based partners or business needs, estimated at around once per month.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Analysis & Business Performance

  • Own the weekly performance narrative: surface trends, gaps, wins, risks, and clear next steps.

  • Analyse affiliate performance across revenue, margin, EPC, AOV, conversion rate, funnel performance, traffic quality, and partner productivity to identify what’s driving or limiting growth.

  • Use data & AI to support decisions on partner prioritisation, campaign strategy, offer testing, commission structures, and promotional planning and own the follow-through on those recommendations.

  • Identify growth opportunities, underperforming areas, and commercial risks, then recommend clear actions to improve business outcomes.

Affiliate Growth & Partner Activation

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new affiliate partners through email, messaging platforms, calls, and other digital communication channels.

  • Ensure new partners are activated quickly, understand campaign requirements, and have the tools needed to start driving results.

  • Maintain consistent, structured follow-up with prospective and newly onboarded partners, with a clear pipeline and conversion cadence.

Account Management & Partner Optimization

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of affiliate partners, with clear ownership of partner revenue performance.

  • Build strong working relationships through responsive communication, structured follow-up, and commercially sound recommendations.

  • Resolve partner blockers and help optimize campaigns to improve revenue, margin, conversion performance, and partner engagement.

  • Identify high-potential partners and develop plans to scale their contribution.

Campaign Execution & Compliance

  • Coordinate launches, bonuses, contests, seasonal promotions, creative updates, funnel tests, and partner-specific offers with internal teams.

  • Work closely with Creative, Supply Chain, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned with business goals.

  • Monitor partner activity, promotional methods, messaging, and traffic quality to ensure compliance with affiliate guidelines, terms and conditions, and brand standards.

  • Escalate suspicious activity, compliance risks, or poor-quality traffic when needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Share market, competitor, and partner feedback with internal teams to improve offers, messaging, creative assets, funnels, and partner tools.

  • Contribute to process improvements, including the use of AI and automation, to make the affiliate program more scalable, efficient, and commercially effective.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, affiliate marketing, channel sales, partnerships, digital marketing, or eCommerce growth, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience managing affiliate, channel partner, partnership, or performance-based sales programs.

  • Background in personal care, health, wellness, supplements, pharmaceutical, or direct-response eCommerce industries is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into practical business actions.

  • Clear understanding of revenue, margin, conversion, AOV, EPC, ROI, and commercial trade-offs.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliates, partners, online sales channels, or performance marketing initiatives.

  • Solid understanding of online sales, digital marketing funnels, affiliate networks, partner marketing, or performance-based acquisition.

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, trend analysis, and performance reporting.

  • Comfortable using AI tools and automation to improve business analysis, reporting, partner management, campaign execution, or operational efficiency. Candidates should be able to share practical use cases. Willingness to use AI and automation is a requirement for this role.

  • Comfortable communicating with prospects and partners through email, messaging platforms, and occasional calls, with strong written communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, campaign updates, and commercial recommendations.

  • Able to manage multiple partners, campaigns, and priorities independently.

Other Notes:

This role follows a hybrid work arrangement, with three fixed in-office days each week.

The candidate should be comfortable working with U.S.-based partners and joining occasional evening calls as and when needed, estimated at least once per month. There may also be occasional travel to the U.S. or other locations for networking conferences or business needs, approximately 2–3 times per year, if required.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, analytical, and proactive. The right candidate should be able to look at affiliate performance, understand what is driving or limiting growth, and recommend practical actions that improve results.

This person does not need to be primarily a face-to-face salesperson. However, they should be comfortable engaging prospects and partners through written communication, messaging, email, and occasional calls.

The ideal candidate is someone who can balance numbers, partner relationships, execution, and business judgment.
