岗位职责：
1、参与筹备高管层等重要业务会议，负责会议资料准备、纪要撰写及决议事项的跟踪落实。
2、据公司业务发展战略，协助高管跟进部门的业务进展&运营管理，参与跨部门沟通，确保关键任务有效推进。
3、高效管理高管的日程安排，协调商务会议、差旅及各项活动，确保行程顺畅。
4. 收集行业信息，分析市场动态，为决策层提供战略参考。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，理工科背景优先；
2、拥有2-3年金融或科技行业相关经验，对智能决策赛道感兴趣；
3、具备优秀的中英文沟通能力，口语流利，书面表达准确、严谨，能满足双语工作环境要求；
4. 具备精准的数据分析能力，和较强的协调和沟通能力；
5. 良好的形象气质，学习能力佳，综合素质高;
6. 能适应临时加班、出差、具有较强的抗压能力。
需要新加坡公民或永久居民（PR）
