Overview
Our client is a fast-growing FMCG e-commerce platform specialising in fresh groceries, daily essentials and efficient last-mile fulfilment. Due to rapid expansion and continuous manpower needs, they are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist – Blue Collar Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on mass hiring for warehouse and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mass Hiring & End-to-End Recruitment

  • Lead high-volume recruitment for blue-collar roles such as warehouse assistants, pickers/packers, delivery drivers, and operational support staff.

  • Plan and conduct walk-in interviews, on-site assessment days, and same-day hiring activities at the West-based warehouse.

  • Drive active sourcing through JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.

2. Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with Warehouse Managers, Operations Supervisors, and HR to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.

  • Provide weekly updates on hiring progress, bottlenecks, and market conditions.

3. Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and manage a strong, continuous pipeline of blue-collar workers to support daily and peak-season manpower needs.

  • Implement fast-turnaround hiring strategies to meet urgent operational demands.

4. Screening & Selection

  • Conduct large-volume screenings and interviews efficiently to assess suitability for warehouse and delivery roles.

  • Ensure candidates meet job requirements, including shift availability, warehouse safety compliance, and physical job demands.

5. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Support onboarding activities such as contract preparation, document collection, safety briefings, and work pass coordination (if applicable).

  • Ensure all hires meet compliance and audit requirements.

6. Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports to track fulfilment, pipeline strength, and conversion metrics.

  • Continuously improve hiring processes to enhance speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant recruitment experience with strong mass-hiring exposure.

  • Hands-on experience hiring blue-collar roles in logistics, warehouse, FMCG, or e-commerce environments is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Able to work on-site at the West-based warehouse when needed.

  • Proactive, organised, fast-paced, and able to handle high-volume workloads independently.
