This team is building the next generation of O2O (Online-to-Offline) experiences—connecting digital discovery with real-world consumption. From local merchant solutions and geolocation features to seamless transaction tools, we are shaping an ecosystem that empowers local businesses and provides immense value to our global community. You'll develop and implement bespoke recruiting strategies aimed at attracting top-tier, diverse talent in the hyper-competitive local commerce and product space.


In this role, you’ll partner directly with key business leaders to drive critical hiring initiatives from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of hiring Sales-focused talent, and is excited to make a significant impact on a global scale. Responsibilities



  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles within Local Services, from crafting job descriptions and sourcing passive candidates to interviewing, negotiating complex offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand the unique talent needs of the Local Services business, provide expert advice on market trends, and develop tailored hiring strategies that align with ambitious business goals.

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, using recruitment data and market insights to contribute to workforce planning, identify future talent gaps, and build a robust pipeline of talent within the O2O and commerce sectors.

  • Drive continuous improvements in our recruitment processes and systems, championing efficiency, scalability, and a world-class candidate experience.

  • Identify, attract, and close high-caliber candidates at all levels, consistently meeting and exceeding hiring targets to scale the Local Services team.

  • Serve as an employer brand champion to empower hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok's culture and the mission of Local Services in a meaningful way.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 3 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, with a proven track record of hiring for Sales and Marketing roles.

  • Proven experience leading recruitment process optimizations, including policy and system improvements.

  • Proficiency in leveraging market insights, data and metrics to enhance recruitment efficiency and guide strategic hiring decisions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience recruiting within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company, specifically within Local Services, E-commerce, or related domains.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • A results-oriented, data-driven self-starter who is resourceful, innovative, and intellectually curious about the evolving local services landscape.

  • Experience partnering with international colleagues and stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.
