Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you’ll support end-to-end hiring by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles. You’ll work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely, and positive candidate experience, while supporting ad-hoc HR tasks when needed.

Most importantly, you’ll help make a real difference by bringing in the right people, those who match our values, strengthen the team, and drive Dasher forward. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of hiring including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding follow up

• Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand manpower needs and support timely hiring

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn/social media, referrals, and other channels

• Conduct resume screening and coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience

• Maintain hiring trackers, documentation, and basic recruitment reports

• Provide ad-hoc HR support when required

What's the skill required?

• Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written); required to communicate with Mandarin speaking candidates

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates with relevant recruitment or hiring internships may be considered)

• Organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with understanding interview techniques, such as STAR 

Who's there to support you?

You’ll be supported by the internal HR team and work closely with hiring managers across departments to align on hiring needs, role expectations, and interview requirements. You’ll also have guidance on recruitment processes, templates, and onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
