Key Responsibilities :
Technical Specialist – Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLX) Project
Support technical implementation of Certificate Manager (CLX) in UAT and Production environments
Configure and validate CLX capabilities including Agentless Discovery of TLS certificates across Linux and Windows platforms
Assist in integration with UOB systems: MCA (Microsoft Certificate Authority), PWV (CyberArk PAM), Helix (ITSM)
Develop scripts and automation for certificate deployment and validation
Perform troubleshooting during discovery and renewal phases; ensure compliance with security and operational standards
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials for BAU teams
Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years in infrastructure or application support with exposure to TLS/SSL certificate management
Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environment
Strong understanding of PKI, TLS/SSL, keystores (JKS, PKCS12), and certificate lifecycle processes
Familiarity with Venafi, CyberArk PAM or similar certificate management & privileged access tools
Proficiency in scripting (Shell, PowerShell) for automation tasks
Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management
Experience with integration via APIs and agentless connectivity (SSH, WinRM)
Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, Geneos) and ITSM platforms (Helix) is a plus
