As a Supervisor (Associate Executive), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manage inventory reviews and updates for company's online sales platforms, including Shopee and the e-commerce site.
Support the Assistant Manager in ensuring online content remains current and relevant, such as promotions, banners, and pricing updates.
Process online orders and supervise staff involved in order fulfilment to ensure timely dispatch.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and relationship management across online sales channels.
Support purchasing teams with inventory replenishment by providing updates on online sales performance.
Manage the replenishment of stationery and packing materials.
Prepare performance reports for online sales channels.
Assist with routine stocktakes and cycle counts of retail items across multiple locations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Diploma in Science, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
