💰 Salary & Benefits

Gross Salary: $3,058 - $3,817/month

• Basic: $2,800 - $3,500/month (Depending on experience)

• AWS Allowance: $233 - $292/month

• Flexi Benefits: $25/month

• Night Shift Allowance : $17/day (Up to $400/month) - Only for night shift

⏰ Working Hours

• 6-day work week, 1 off day/week

• 7.5 hours/day, Rotating shifts between 7:00am – 11:00pm

• 44 hours per week

🛒 What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise a team of Retail Assistants and Cashiers.

• Oversee daily cashiering and non-food department operations.

• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

• Maintain merchandising, housekeeping and product display standards.

• Plan product allocation based on sales trends and customer demand.

• Support cashiering duties during peak periods, including operating the POS system and handling customer payments.

• Coach, train and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma, GCE 'A' Level, Higher NITEC or GCE 'O' Level.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail or supermarket experience is preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Service-oriented, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates with a WSQ Diploma in Retail Management are welcome to apply.

• Applicants with less experience but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
