As a Strategic Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for high-value international prospects. This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-energy hunter who wants to leverage a unique product moat and convert global pipelines into uncapped revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the Full Sales Cycle: Drive international prospects from targeted outreach and discovery to tailored demonstrations, strategic proposals, and final close.
Target High-Value Verticals: Prospect and qualify mid-market accounts within global manufacturing, supply chain, and international e-commerce sectors.
Deliver Consultative Value: Conduct sophisticated solution demonstrations and ROI-driven business conversations mapped to a prospect’s digital and operational maturity.
Drive Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed a monthly recurring revenue quota of $6,000+ (from Month 4 onwards), supported by inbound channels and marketing engines.
Maintain Pipeline Excellence: Manage a flawless, data-driven sales pipeline within a world-class CRM ecosystem, utilizing the very automation tools you pitch to clients.
Expand Market Footprint: Represent the organization at premier industry events, international trade shows, and executive networking groups.
About You
The Track Record: 2–5 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience, with a strong preference for individuals from CRM, marketing automation, or enterprise digital solutions backgrounds.
Global Sales Acumen: Proven success hitting or exceeding commercial quotas in a cross-border or international selling environment, comfortably managing pipelines across multiple time zones.
Cross-Cultural Business Fluency: Deep understanding of the East-West trade and digital ecosystem. Complete professional proficiency in both English and regional business languages is critical to navigating bilateral deals and managing relationships with overseas stakeholders.
Consultative Approach: A resilient, self-driven closer who excels at uncovering client pain points, handling complex objections, and selling high-value business outcomes over price.
Agility & Adaptability: A fast learner with a tech-forward mindset, ready to achieve advanced ecosystem certifications within your first month.
