Description
Reporting to the Strategic Manager, we are looking for a Strategic Executive who will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, foster collaborative partnerships, and drive customer acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns, as well as analysing market trends to identify new opportunities.
Description:
• Work with the Strategic Manager in planning and executing integrated strategic communication campaigns across both online and offline channels
• Execute, monitor, and optimise SEM and social media marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
• Provide copywriting support for digital and offline assets, including campaign messaging, social content, ads, and supporting materials
• Identify, source, and work with potential content creators and partners to enhance campaign impact
• Manage and coordinate with external agencies and partners, ensuring timely delivery of all inbound and outbound campaign assets
• Work closely with the internal creative team to align content strategy, messaging, and visuals with campaign objectives across social media platforms
• Partner with the CRM team to develop and execute data-driven customer engagement strategies that enhance relationship depth and lifetime value.
• Analyse and visualise campaign performance, providing insights across key metrics such as ROAS, reach, CTR, CPC, and CPA
• Support budget planning and management, ensuring campaigns are executed within approved spending limits
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects related to strategic campaigns as required
Requirements:
• At least 2+ years experience in consumer marketing
• Project leadership and management skills and ability to juggle projects and priorities
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to write copy for different purposes and audiences
• Proficient with data analytics/visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Experience from customer-facing industries such as retail, shopping mall, F&B, fashion, beauty, home, would be advantageous
