The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Join our SPX BSC Locker team and gain hands-on experience in building and scaling a nationwide logistics network. This role offers exposure to data analytics, business operations, and on-ground expansion strategy—perfect for someone who enjoys working with data and seeing real-world impact.


Key Responsibilities


1. Data Management & Analysis


Consolidate and clean data from multiple sources to build and maintain a master database of potential locker locations and partners


Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for business decision-making


Support basic analysis to identify high-potential areas for expansion


2. Lead Generation & Tracking


Assist in sourcing and qualifying potential leads for locker deployment


Track lead conversion funnel (from outreach → onboarding → activation)


Maintain dashboards or trackers to monitor performance and identify gaps


3. Market Research & Expansion Support


Conduct research on competitor presence, location viability, and footfall trends


Identify strategic locations (e.g., retail hubs, residential areas) for locker placement


Support the team in pilot projects and expansion initiatives


4. Process Improvement


Identify inefficiencies in current workflows (data tracking, lead management, etc.)


Propose and implement simple process improvements or automation (e.g., Google Sheets, dashboards)



Requirements:



  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets)

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

  • Proactive, curious, and willing to learn

  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
