About the Role

We are looking for a Live Commerce Executive to manage and grow live commerce initiatives across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, working closely with both clients and external live commerce agencies. This role is the key bridge between clients, internal teams, and outsourced agencies—supporting co-planning, alignment on promotions and stock, and performance analysis to drive sales growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Client Account Management

·        Serve as a key contact for assigned clients to align on commercial goals, promotions, pricing, and live commerce plans

·        Coordinate client inputs such as KOL list, product priority, key messages, selling angles, and campaign timelines and ensure operational readiness

·        Provide performance updates, insights, and recommendations to clients

·        Support preparation of campaign proposals, recap decks, and regular business reviews


Live Commerce Planning and Agency Coordination

·        Co-plan live commerce campaigns with outsourced agencies

·        Align campaign objectives, product focus, and promotional mechanics with client goals

·        Manage live commerce calendars and campaign readiness

·        Track agency deliverables and timelines

 

Performance Analysis and Optimization

·        Monitor and analyze live commerce KPIs to propose contingency plans

·        Review campaign results with agencies and clients to identify areas of improvement

·        Translate data into actionable recommendations

·        Maintain clear reporting and documentation

 

Stakeholder Management

·        Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth campaign execution by agencies

·        Ensure clear communication across stakeholders

·        Stay updated on platform tools, trends, and best practices

 

Requirements

·        1–2 years of relevant experience

·        Experience from a media agency, digital agency, or live/social commerce-focused environment

·        Experience in account management or client servicing

·        Understanding of e-commerce operations and live commerce mechanics

·        Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada platforms

·        Comfortable working with data and performance reports
