About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic and growing team at Sunton Trading and Consulting Pte Ltd, based in the heart of Raffles Place in the Central Region. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve key business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing innovative social media campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter

  2. Creating engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience

  3. Monitoring and analysing social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns

  4. Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all digital channels

  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to continually improve our strategies

  6. Managing and growing our online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner

  7. Assisting with the development and execution of broader digital marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar social media management or digital marketing role

  2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns

  3. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand messaging

  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform strategy

  5. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms

  6. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  7. Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
