The Social Media Executive is responsible for driving and executing a holistic social media strategy that strengthens brand awareness, reach, engagement, and web traffic across key platforms.
This role oversees the end-to-end management of the brand’s social media presence, ensuring content, community engagement, and paid amplification are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
The Social Media Executive will curate compelling content, develop platform-specific strategies, and lead both organic and paid social initiatives, with a strong focus on performance, reporting, and continuous optimisation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Strategy & Content Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Xiao Hong Shu
Drive content planning, curation, and rollout aligned with brand positioning and business objectives
Uphold the visual and tonal representation of the brand across all social media touchpoints
Collaborate closely with internal creatives and external partners to develop high-performing, engaging content
Monitor and research global fashion, cultural, and social media trends to inform content direction
Act as a consultant and key point of guidance for regional social media platforms to ensure consistency and best practices
Influencer Relations
Oversee and coordinate influencer partnerships across earned and paid platforms
Identify, evaluate, and build long-term collaborations with relevant influencers and creators through data-driven research
Support influencer content alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives
Social Community Building
Grow and nurture an engaged social media community through meaningful interactions and conversations
Manage post-engagement and community communications in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
Drive organic growth and audience loyalty across platforms
Paid Social & Content Advertising
Develop and execute paid social media strategies aligned with campaign and business objectives
Lead content advertising plans across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify key content and campaigns through paid media
Manage and optimise paid advertisements to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion where relevant
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Track, analyse, and evaluate social media performance across all platforms
Consolidate and present bi-weekly and monthly social media performance reports, providing clear, actionable insights
Use data and platform analytics to optimise content, paid media, and overall strategy
Copywriting
Develop snappy, witty, and engaging captions tailored to different platforms and audiences
Adapt brand tone of voice appropriately across channels while maintaining consistency
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Creative, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Xiao Hong Shu
Experience with paid social advertising, performance tracking, and reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SEO, CRM, and social media management tools
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Works well under pressure with a collaborative, team-player mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design
