Description

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Marketeer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on team player with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for branding, content, and consumer engagement. This role will support brand-building initiatives across multiple platforms while ensuring cohesive marketing execution across all outlets and channels.


Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, festive activations, and joint mall-wide promotions.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. operations, mall management, partners) to ensure timely and smooth campaign execution.

  • Support on-ground activations such as event setups, sampling sessions, and booth operations

  • Collect customer data during activations/events to build and grow the customer base.

2. Content, Social Media & Influencer Marketing

  • Support the creation and scheduling of content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

  • Coordinate photoshoots and video content for outlets, products, and events

  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistency in brand visuals and messaging.

  • Update website with timeline information.

  • Liaise with influencers/KOLs for campaign collaborations; track deliverables and evaluate performance.

3. Partnerships & Promotions

  • Support the planning and execution of loyalty programmes, voucher redemptions, and co-branded initiatives.

  • Liaise with vendors, corporate partners, and tenants for campaign participation and activation.

4. . Marketing Assets & Collateral

  • Manage inventory of marketing materials and ensure timely distribution of POSM (posters, displays, signages, etc.)

  • Work with designers and printers to develop campaign visuals and collaterals in line with brand standards and timelines.

5. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Track campaign budgets and monitor actual expenditures.

  • Assist in preparing marketing reports for monthly management meetings, including campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.

  • Monitor redemption rates, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness to support continuous improvement.

  • Provide administrative and reporting support for internal reviews and briefings.

6. Competitor Insights

  • Monitor competitor activities and F&B trends to support campaign ideation and improve brand positioning

8. Ad-Hoc Projects

  • Support other projects and marketing initiatives as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience preferred
• Creative, resourceful, and proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
• Good eye for design and detail; experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Proactive team player who can also work independently, take initiative, and manage time efficiently
• Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in food and food-related content
