Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage campaigns independently within an FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies

• Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on insights

• Maintain marketing calendars aligned with business objectives

2. Consumer Events & Brand Activation

• Plan and execute consumer engagement activities (e.g. sampling, workshops, partnerships)

• Manage vendors, logistics and on-site execution

• Collaborate with partners and influencers to drive brand awareness

• Track and evaluate event effectiveness

3. Digital Assets & Creative Coordination

• Support development of marketing assets (e.g. social media, e-commerce visuals)

• Prepare briefs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines

• Review creatives for accuracy and effectiveness

4. Customer Feedback & Community Management

• Monitor customer feedback across digital channels

• Ensure timely and professional responses

• Identify recurring issues and support improvement initiatives

5. Packaging & Compliance

• Assist in packaging updates and label compliance

• Ensure alignment with regulatory and brand requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or related field

• Experience in FMCG industry preferred

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
