Showroom & E-Commerce Sales Executive (Custom Furniture)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the internal team to manage and operate e-commerce platforms and online sales channels.

• Plan, execute and manage online sales and marketing activities across websites and e-marketplaces.

• Attend to walk-in customers at the showroom and provide professional consultation on customised furniture solutions.

• Maintain and update company websites to ensure a good customer experience and engagement.

• Upload, update and optimise product listings, visuals and content on websites and other digital channels.

• Write clear and professional product descriptions, specifications and marketing content.

• Coordinate online and showroom sales efforts to support brand positioning and sales targets.

• Assist in basic visual preparation for marketing use (e.g. banners, product images, simple layouts).
  

Professional Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listing, pricing, promotions and order flow.

• Ability to manage product images and ensure accurate product information on company website and e-marketplaces.

• Experience or interest in email marketing and digital content creation to strengthen brand communication.

• Basic data analysis skills to review customer demographics, traffic and buying behaviour to improve campaigns and conversion rates.

• Able to use Adobe software (e.g. Photoshop / Illustrator) to edit images and prepare simple marketing visuals.

• Ability to communicate the brand story, product features, functions and benefits clearly to customers, especially for customised furniture solutions.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Design, Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Interior Design or related fields preferred.

• Experience in e-commerce, retail sales or furniture / interior-related industry is an advantage.

• Familiar with managing websites, online platforms or e-marketplaces.

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator or similar design tools is a plus.

• Good command of English (spoken and written).

• Independent, responsible and able to work well in a team environment.

• Able to work on weekends (weekends are part of the regular work schedule).

• Candidates with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
  

Work Arrangement

• 5-day work week

• Weekend work required (off days on weekdays)
