Job Scope:
Sales and Merchandising Support
Help to develop and maintain merchandising standards instore. This can include ensuring point of sales materials are properly setup, products are well-stocked and merchandise in compliant with Company guidelines.
Collaborate with the Sales Operation Team to ensure flawless execution of trade initiatives.
Measure & review execution touchpoints & maintain PICOS tracker
POSM & Display Management
Coordinate the production, delivery, and deployment of POS materials and display units across Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-Commerce channels.
Manage POSM inventory and allocation to ensure timely availability for activations and store rollouts.
Work with vendors and agencies to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery of all shopper marketing materials.
Activation Planning & Execution
Support the planning and execution of in-store activations, thematic displays, and seasonal campaigns to drive shopper engagement.
Liaise with retail partners and field teams to secure prime visibility spaces and ensure compliance with activation guidelines.
Track activation performance and compile post-activation reports with ROI analysis and recommendations.
Reporting & Analytics
Maintain execution dashboards and trackers (PICOS, POSM deployment, activation performance).
Provide monthly reports on visibility compliance, activation ROI, and merchandising standards.
Conduct competitor tracking and analysis on pricing, promotions, and in-store visibility to identify gaps and opportunities.
Administrative Support
Trade returns (GRN) & review
Provide general administrative support which may include processing of purchase orders and invoices.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing / Business Administration, or a related field.
1 year of project coordination experience including internship
Experience with Exceedra System
Understanding/experience of FMCG and Trade promotion or FP&A and Supply Chain Operations is a plus
Good communication skills and Microsoft office
Good in analytical skills and ability to work with data
Ability to organize self and work
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must be able to multitask in the role with little supervision and many demands from many constituents.
Positive attitude and a desire to drive modern technologies and solutions.
Additional Information:
Salary – S$4.5K + 1-month bonus
Contract duration: 12-month contract, extendable and convertible
Commencement Date: Immediate
Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
