Description
Vendor Acquisition
· Identify, prospect, and onboard new sellers/brands to the platform across priority categories.
· Conduct market research to identify gaps and opportunities for assortment expansion.
· Pitch platform value propositions to potential vendors and negotiate commercial terms.
· Lead end-to-end vendor onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and training.
· Build a strong pipeline of potential sellers through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
Vendor Account Management
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, ensuring their business performance and satisfaction.
· Develop strategic growth plans for each vendor to drive GMV, assortment depth, and operational excellence.
· Monitor vendor performance metrics (sales, fulfilment, pricing, cancellations, content quality) and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborate with vendors to optimize product listings, enhance content, and improve discoverability.
· Resolve operational issues related to orders, logistics, payments, and system integrations.
Business & Operations
· Analyze category and account data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
· Work with E-commerce and Marketing teams to plan campaigns, promotional activities, and seasonal events for vendors.
· Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Customer Experience) to support vendor performance and resolve customer issues and queries.
· Ensure vendors comply with platform policies, pricing guidelines, and service-level standards.
Negotiation & Commercial Management
· Negotiate pricing, commissions, promotional funding, and commercial agreements.
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Studies or equivalent
· At least 2 years of relevant working experience in an account management executive position
· Experience and knowledge of the e-Commerce space is a plus
· Mirakl system experience is a plus
