We are looking for an SEO Account Manager at Websentials to manage our clients’ accounts by developing and executing SEO strategies that drive organic growth. You will plan and oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives, coordinate with internal content and development teams, and track performance to ensure results align with client goals and quality standards. Your role will be key in improving search visibility, driving sustainable traffic, and delivering measurable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Campaign Management: Take ownership of clients’ SEO campaigns, including keyword research, on-page audits, competitor analysis, and off-page optimization, while coordinating with the SEO Technical team for the implementation of technical SEO tasks.
Performance Tracking: Monitor search rankings, organic traffic, and other SEO metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with developers, and the sales team to ensure content and technical updates align with SEO strategy and client objectives.
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing questions, and managing expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Reporting: Prepare clear and concise SEO performance reports, highlighting insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement and potential upselling or expansion opportunities for clients.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed on SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging trends to enhance client strategies and campaign results.
Continuous Optimization: Regularly audit and optimize campaigns, identifying gaps, implementing improvements, and suggesting initiatives to maximize organic growth and ROI.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year in SEO account management, preferably in an agency setting, with experience executing SEO campaigns and managing client accounts.
SEO Expertise: Hands-on experience with keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO concepts, and familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret search performance metrics, optimize campaigns, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong client management and communication skills, capable of coordinating with internal teams and managing client expectations effectively.
Multitasking & Organisation: Able to manage multiple client SEO accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Proactivity & Learning: Self-motivated, eager to stay updated on search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and emerging trends, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
Client Focus: Strong understanding of client needs, with the ability to recommend strategic improvements, upsell services, and build long-term relationships.
Certifications & Tools: Google Analytics or SEO certifications, experience with technical SEO implementation, and familiarity with content or creative tools is a plus.
