Who We Are Looking For?

As a Senior Supply Chain Executive, he/she is responsible for all own brand and selected ecommerce supply chain planning and other related responsibilities – which may include supply planning, inventory management, in-store-availability, order shipping fulfilment, data analysis throughout order fulfillment process.


What Awaits You:

  • Skilfully execute best practices in own brand supply planning, replenishment and stock exit action to maintain an optimum balance between timely stock holding and on-shelf availability for online + offline channel.

  • Ensure inventory data integrity across systems within the entire own brand order fulfillment process.

  • Liaise seamlessly with key teams internally – may include financial, marketing commercial, IT, logistics, also external freight provider and suppliers – throughout to provide timely replenishment and planning actions/insights for all sales promotions events.

  • Review inventory for flexible stock adjustment as required.

  • Provide analytical decision support as directed.

  • Report KPIs on Inventory, PO fulfillment, Freight cost and forecast accuracy.

  • Participate in special projects – with in-function & cross-functional teams- and provide leadership and expertise when called for.

  • Responsible for developing systematic processes and exception-based tools to deliver reliable product supply results.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.


We Are Excited About You If You Have:

  • Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain with shipping functions, Operation Research, or other quantitative business discipline.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years supply chain planning work experience, preferably within FMCG or Retail. Those with regional related supply chain planner experience will have an advantage.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively, work cross functionally, build relationships and excel in a team environment.

  • Analytical, solid on role ownership and both process & result oriented 

  • Self-driven, organized and able to work long hours especially under tight deadline situation

  • Possess positive work attitude, able to operate independently and multi-task even under tight deadlines

  • Comprehensive understanding of how supply chain works and associated risk necessary

  • Proficient in use of quantitative methods to analyse situations and solve business problems 

  • Proficiency with MS Office - intermediate MS Excel required; advanced Excel knowledge will be helpful

  • Familiar with ERP system and data visualization software

  • Experience with RPA, SLIM4 Forecasting App will be an added advantage

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Business acumen/sound judgment essential
