Our client is from Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Manufacturing. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Job Responsibilities:
Support development of distribution strategies, sales performance, and profitability in assigned markets.
Monitor sales performance, identify risks and opportunities, and work with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Assist in launching new products and managing product pricing structures.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regional market intelligence.
Collaborate with distributors to expand channel networks, support joint business planning, and handle inquiries.
Monitor forecasts and coordinate with the supply chain team for alignment.
Support marketing strategy development and execution to drive brand growth.
Manage and coordinate sales and marketing activities with distributors, vendors, and service providers.
Prepare presentations, digital marketing materials, and support marketing-related projects and events.
Collaborate with teams on regulatory guidance, product feedback, and quality assurance processes.
All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min Degree in Business Management/Marketing studies or equivalent.
Min 5 years of relevant experience in regional sales and marketing, or channel management, with 3 years management background.
Strong understanding of retail and trade operations, category management, margin contribution, and buying practices in Asian markets.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
