Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for running ads end-to-end, from campaign setup and budget allocation to ongoing optimization and performance analysis, while working closely with our in-house marketing team, who will support creative development.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning strong creatives into profitable growth, thrives on numbers, and thinks in funnels, cohorts, and ROAS rather than just clicks and impressions.
Responsibilities
Paid Media Execution & Optimisation: Own the daily execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. Manage campaign structure, budgets, bidding strategies, audiences and placements to achieve ROAS and CAC targets.
Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyse performance using GA4, ad platform dashboards, and internal reports. Identify trends, inefficiencies, and scaling opportunities across channels and campaigns.
Marketplace & Livestream Paid Media: Manage and optimise paid advertising for marketplaces (e.g. Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads), including paid traffic to livestream, with a focus on ROAS, GMV efficiency, and scalable growth.
Reporting & Accountability: Own weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear insights and recommendations. Track key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
Content & Paid Media Strategy: Ensure that campaign visuals, video, and ad formats are planned effectively for each channel. Collaborate with marketing team to deliver impactful creatives with measurable ROI.
What we are looking for
· Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
· Minimum 3 – 5 years with proven experience in optimising paid media campaigns (agency or in-house)
· Proven ability to manage six-figure monthly budgets with clear performance outcomes
· A good sense of what makes ad creatives effective, with experience in A/B testing and creative optimisation
· Solid understanding of e-commerce funnels, attribution, and retargeting logic
· Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and make data driven decisions
