Our Client, Singapore’s leading multi-label luxury bridal house, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Senior Marketing Specialist.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Content Strategy & Direction (Core Pillar)

  • Develop and execute monthly content strategy aligned with business goals

Define:

  • Content themes

  • Messaging angles

  • Campaign narratives

  • Ensure content reflects:

  • Luxury positioning

  • Emotional storytelling

  • High conversion intent


2. Content Creation (Execution Excellence)

  • Produce and/or direct short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)

Create:

  • Educational content (fit, silhouettes, styling)

  • Emotional storytelling (bridal journey, transformation)

  • Campaign-based content

  • Work with internal team or freelancers to scale output


3. Performance Marketing & Paid Ads (Revenue Driver)

  • Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  • TikTok Ads

  • Manage monthly ad budgets and improve:

  • CPL (Cost per Lead)

  • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

  • ROAS / MER

  • Align ad creatives with content strategy

  • Continuously test and scale winning campaigns


4. Funnel Optimisation & Analytics

  • Track and analyse:

  • Lead quality

  • Appointment conversion rates

  • Campaign performance

  • Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and improve:

  • Messaging

  • Targeting

  • Creative direction

  • Work closely with sales team to refine lead quality


5. Events & Activations (Offline Growth)

Conceptualise and execute:

  • Bridal showcases

  • Trunk shows

  • Pop-ups / fashion presentations

  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, and execution

  • Ensure events are:

  • Brand-elevating

  • Lead-generating

  • Track ROI of events (leads, conversions, revenue)


6. Partnerships & Collaborations

Identify and build partnerships with:

  • Wedding planners

  • Venues

  • Photographers

  • Luxury brands

  • Develop co-marketing campaigns and collaborations

  • Drive mutual lead generation and brand exposure


7. Campaign Management (360°)

Plan and execute integrated campaigns across:

  • Content

  • Ads

  • Events

  • Partnerships

  • Ensure consistency in:

  • Messaging

  • Branding

  • Customer journey


8. Data & Analytics

Analyse:

  • Campaign performance

  • Funnel drop-offs

  • Revenue attribution

  • Make fast, data-driven decisions

  • Identify bottlenecks and fix them


9. Sales & Marketing Integration (Critical)

  • Work closely with sales team to:

  • Understand client objections

  • Improve lead quality

  • Increase conversion rates

Translate sales insights into:

  • Better targeting

  • Better messaging

  • Better campaigns


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 - 10 years experience

Strong experience in:

  • Content creation (short-form video)

  • Paid ads (Meta / TikTok)

  • Ability to think in:

  • Content → Campaign → Conversion → Revenue

  • Strong understanding of:

  • Consumer psychology

  • Luxury positioning

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams (content, ads, events)
