Job purpose

The Senior Marketing Executive supports the International Market Marketing Director with a primary focus on planning, sourcing, and executing offline marketing events and brand activations for Singapore and international markets. This role leads coordination of exhibitions, roadshows, retail activations, and partnership events while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and local market practices.The role works closely with China HQ teams and external agencies to translate, adapt, and localize marketing materials into clear, market-appropriate English.

The role ensures all brand and product communications are international-market ready and supports digital marketing, social media, and content execution as part of integrated marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities职位职责

1. Offline Marketing Events & Brand Activations (Primary Focus) 线下市场活动与品牌推广执行(核心职责)

  • Source, evaluate, and coordinate offline marketing opportunities, including exhibitions, retail activations, roadshows, community events, and strategic partnerships.负责寻找、评估及统筹线下市场推广机会,包括展会、零售活动、路演、社区活动及战略合作推广。

  • Lead planning and coordination of offline marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.主导线下市场活动的策划与协调,确保符合业务目标及品牌策略。

  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting support, timelines, and on-site execution.负责活动执行,包括供应商协调、预算支持、时间管理及现场执行。

  • Work with internal teams to ensure marketing materials and messaging are aligned for offline events.与内部团队合作,确保线下活动所需物料及传播信息一致。

  • Conduct post-event analysis, reporting, and improvement planning. 负责活动后的数据分析、总结报告及优化建议。

2. HQ Liaison & Localization Support总部对接与本地化支持

  • Liaise with China HQ marketing teams and appointed agencies to coordinate marketing materials and campaign requirements.与中国总部市场团队及指定代理机构对接,协调市场物料及活动需求。

  • Translate, rewrite, and localize marketing content from Chinese to English, ensuring clarity and brand consistency.负责将中文市场内容翻译、改写并本地化为英文,确保表达清晰并符合品牌调性。

  • Advise HQ on localization of messaging, visuals, and product communication for international markets. 就传播信息、视觉呈现及产品沟通方式向总部提供本地化建议。

3. Digital Marketing & Content Support数字营销与内容支持

  • Support execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media postings and content adaptation related to campaigns and events.支持与活动相关的数字营销执行,包括社交媒体发布及内容优化。

  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and local market practices.确保内容符合品牌规范及本地市场习惯。

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing deliverables.协调内部团队及外部供应商完成市场交付。

4. Market Support & General Marketing Duties市场支持与常规市场工作

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve event and marketing strategies.关注市场趋势及竞争对手动态,优化活动及市场策略。

  • Support preparation of marketing reports and internal updates.协助准备市场报告及内部汇报内容。

  • Perform other marketing duties as assigned by management.执行管理层安排的其他市场相关工作。

Job Requirements 职位要求

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. 市场营销、传播、商业或相关专业的大专或本科以上学历。

  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience, with strong exposure to offline marketing events, brand activations, or experiential marketing.4–6 年以上相关市场经验,具备线下活动执行、品牌推广或体验式营销经验者优先。

  • Experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Chinese Proprietary Medicine (CPM), health supplements, healthcare products, or related FMCG sectors is preferred.优先考虑具有中医药(TCM)、中成药(CPM)、保健品、健康产品或相关快消品行业经验的候选人。

  • Familiarity with regulated products, compliance-sensitive marketing communications, and health-related product messaging will be an advantage.熟悉受监管产品、合规要求较高的市场传播内容,以及健康类产品信息表达者将更具优势。

  • Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to translate and localize marketing content effectively.具备优秀的中英文能力,能够高质量完成市场内容翻译与本地化工作。

  • Good understanding of Singapore market practices, consumer behavior, and marketing norms.熟悉新加坡市场环境、消费者行为及本地市场运作方式。

  • Hands-on experience in event planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution is highly preferred.具备活动策划、供应商协调及现场执行经验者优先。

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation is advantageous.具备数字营销、社交媒体运营及内容创作经验者优先。

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.具备良好的沟通、协调及跨部门协作能力。
