Senior Marketing Executive (Social Media)

Job Summary

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales. Create engaging multimedia content, manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, XiaoHongShu, and other relevant platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement


• Create engaging multimedia content including videos, reels, graphics, photography, and compelling copywriting to attract and retain target audiences


• Manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely campaign execution


• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth


• Monitor community engagement by responding promptly to customer enquiries and comments to enhance customer experience


• Analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, and other tools to generate actionable monthly reports


• Stay informed on social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas to maintain competitive advantage


• Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events to support marketing initiatives and maximize impact


• Collaborate closely with sales, design, and management teams to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline


• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing


• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools


• Experience managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads


• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills


• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
