Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Senior Executive to drive campaigns, content, and collaborations for So Drama! Entertainment. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brands and content to life across platforms and executing ideas that connect with audiences in meaningful and entertaining ways.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Campaign & Project Management
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social and on-ground platforms
Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure smooth rollout
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life
Content & Communications
Develop marketing copy and messaging across social, digital, CRM, and press materials
Craft press releases and support corporate communications
Work with content creators and talents to develop engaging, platform-native content
Brief creative teams and guide asset development from concept to final output, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
Support content planning and calendar management across platforms
Digital & Performance Marketing
Execute and optimise digital campaigns across paid and owned channels
Monitor performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights
Support SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM initiatives where required
Partnerships & Activations
Support brand partnerships, sponsorships, and cross-promotions
Assist in planning and executing on-ground activations
Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution and deliverables are met
Brand & Operations
Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
Maintain marketing assets and documentation
Support day-to-day marketing operations
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in media, entertainment, or content-driven environments
Strong project management and organisational skills
Good writing and communication skills, including press and media writing
Familiarity with digital and social media platforms
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in digital content
Basic content production or editing skills such as Canva
Familiarity with analytics and ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or Google Analytics
AI skills, including familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude
