About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing professional to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets. This role covers campaign conceptualization, partnerships, social media, agecies, and KOL management, with the goal of driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will work closely with internal teams, agencies, and partners to ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Planning & Execution
-Conceptualize and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
-Develop clear campaign briefs, creative concepts, and key visuals aligned with brand direction.
-Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to ensure timely and consistent execution across markets.

Collaborations & Partnerships
-Identify, manage, and execute brand collaborations, mall partnerships, and influencer/KOL tie-ups.
-Plan and implement partnership activations that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
-Track campaign performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Creative Direction & Production
-Liaise with designers, production vendors, and agencies on artwork development, photo/video shoots, and production timelines.
-Review and approve marketing collaterals to ensure brand consistency and quality standards.
-Support outlet-level marketing execution, including POSM rollouts and basic visual merchandising coordination.

Social Media & Digital Marketing
-Manage external social media agencies for content planning, posting, and optimization across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohong Shu.
-Review and approve social media content to ensure creativity, relevance, and brand alignment.
-Monitor content performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights to drive continuous improvement.

Public Relations, KOL & Media Engagement
-Manage agencies and oversee media events, product tastings, and brand feature opportunities.
-Plan and execute KOL and influencer campaigns, including seeding, content coordination, and approvals.
-Ensure agencies and KOL initiatives deliver authentic brand representation and measurable impact.

Marketing Operations & Reporting
-Support campaign budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor invoicing.
-Prepare post-campaign reports, insights, and recommendations.
-Coordinate closely with outlet and HQ teams to ensure smooth marketing execution across all markets.


REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of marketing experience (F&B / retail preferred).
- Strong creative thinking with excellent project management skills.
- Comfortable managing agencies and multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
