Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and performance-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our Singapore team. This role will focus on social media marketing, marketing campaigns, paid media budget control, influencer/KOL coordination, and Public Relationship support.
You will help grow myFirst’s brand presence in Singapore and regional markets by creating engaging campaigns that connect with parents, families, and young users. The ideal candidate should be able to create strong marketing ideas, execute campaigns, monitor performance, manage marketing spending effectively, and support brand storytelling across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Marketing
Plan and manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Develop engaging content ideas that match the brand voice and appeal to parents and families.
Work with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce posts, reels, short videos, campaign visuals, and marketing materials.
Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on engagement, reach, follower growth, and audience response.
Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, competitor activities, and content opportunities.
Marketing Campaigns
Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.
Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal campaigns, retail campaigns, and brand awareness activities.
Work closely with sales, ecommerce, retail, and product teams to ensure campaign messages are aligned.
Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, marketing materials, and post-campaign reports.
Track campaign results and provide insights for future improvements.
Paid Media & Budget Control
Plan, monitor, and control marketing campaign budgets across social media, digital ads, influencer campaigns, and promotional activities.
Manage paid advertising spend on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant channels.
Track campaign ROI, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, engagement cost, conversion rate, and overall campaign performance.
Ensure marketing expenses are used efficiently and aligned with approved budgets.
Prepare spending reports and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with management to plan monthly marketing budgets and adjust spending based on campaign performance.
Influencer, KOL & Community Marketing
Identify and coordinate with suitable influencers, parent bloggers, content creators, and brand partners.
Manage influencer communication, briefing, product seeding, content review, and performance tracking.
Build relationships with communities related to parenting, kids, lifestyle, education, and family technology.
Support user-generated content campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
Public Relationship & Brand Marketing Support
Assist in Public Relationship activities, including media outreach, press release coordination, media kits, and product review opportunities.
Help coordinate brand collaborations, events, and media/influencer briefings.
Support storytelling around myFirst’s brand mission, product innovation, and kids-safe technology positioning.
Maintain a consistent brand message across social media, campaign materials, Public Relationship content, and other marketing channels.
Reporting & Market Insights
Prepare regular reports on social media performance, campaign results, ad spending, influencer performance, and marketing activities.
Monitor competitors, market trends, consumer behavior, and customer feedback.
Provide ideas to improve brand visibility, engagement, conversion, and marketing ROI.
