Senior/Marketing Executive

You will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, collaborating closely with account managers, designers, and developers within a cohesive and empowering atmosphere.
Your typical day may include:
Marketing Campaigns – Brainstorming of ideas to execution of campaigns, you will be involved in the entire process which spans across various marketing disciplines
Campaign Execution – Coordinating the rollout of marketing campaigns, managing timelines, and aligning with both internal and external stakeholders
Campaign Performance Tracking – Monitoring campaign metrics and performance, evaluating results, and identifying areas for improvement
Media Buying & Tracking – Assisting with media planning, buying, and tracking across digital platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok)
Strategy Execution – Support the development and execution of marketing strategies across various touchpoints and platforms
Proposal Development – Assisting in the creation of marketing proposals and pitch decks to support new business opportunities
Marketing Collaterals – Creating and producing various communication materials such as brochures, digital banners, videos, websites, media kits etc.
Social Media – Day-to-day management of social pages including content creation, community management, contests execution, analyses and evaluations
Copy Writing – Creating taglines, captions, scripts, collateral content and other forms of marketing/creative lines
Project Co-ordination / Account Servicing – To plan and see through projects by liaising with various parties such as clients and suppliers
To take on any other duties as assigned
We’d love to have a chat if you have:
Minimum diploma / degree in marketing, business or related field
At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience, preferably in an agency
Strong command of English with a flair for writing and Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with both internal teams and external partners
Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to plan and keep track of timelines
Willing to be hands-on and dare to be experimental
Demonstrates pro-activeness, is a good team player and functions independently
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
