Role Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end country-level product strategy and digital product portfolio across mobile and web platforms. This role is responsible for shaping customer journeys, defining high-level product requirements, and driving decisions across all digital features for the country. As part of the Global Digital Product organization, the role requires strong market understanding, deep experience design capability, and the ability to translate country priorities into scalable, well-defined product outcomes.
This role will be responsible for owning multiple markets and driving strategic projects that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Own the end-to-end digital product experience for the country across app and web, translating business-prioritized initiatives into clear, actionable features that deliver measurable outcomes.
Define and evolve the product strategy for the assigned country in partnership with business and regional product teams.
Design and own end-to-end user journeys and high-level functional requirements, grounded in design principles, customer insights, market data, and competitive benchmarking, and work closely with the Product Owner to ensure effective execution.
Develop a strong understanding of platform capabilities, APIs, third-party vendors, and application interfaces that underpin the digital product and ecosystem.
Monitor overall product health at a country level by tracking key performance metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Proactively identify and propose enhancements, optimizations, and innovations to improve product experience and drive country-level growth.
Track competitor activity and emerging market trends across relevant product categories to inform product evolution and positioning.
Partner and communicate effectively with Regional Product, Business, Engineering, Design, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
Role Requirements
9+ years of relevant product management experience, with end-to-end ownership of complex digital products.
MBA from a reputed institution preferred.
Proven experience in fintech, payments, wallets, or other regulated digital platforms.
Strong expertise in defining customer journeys, high-level product requirements, and end-to-end product experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate effectively at an executive level.
Solid understanding of APAC markets, including customer behavior, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
Experience building and scaling consumer-facing mobile and web products.
