Description

We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Manager to lead the growth of our digital learning portfolio. You’ll own the P&L and shape the future of our online and classroom-based products, including content partnerships, innovative bundles, and our exam preparation business. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on data-driven decisions, strategic collaborations, and creating products that delight learners and drive revenue.


Key Responsibilities:


a. Drive Growth & Own P&L

  • Take full responsibility for revenue and profitability across key product lines.

  • Develop annual business plans and GTM strategies to scale subscriptions and enterprise sales.

  • Launch innovative product bundles for mass market and enterprise clients.


b. Lead Content Strategy

  • Build and manage strong partnerships with content providers.

  • Expand our learning ecosystem with high-quality, relevant content.

  • Negotiate licensing and co-marketing agreements to maximize value.


c. Innovate & Bundle Products

  • Design multi-channel learning experiences combining classroom, online, and assessments.

  • Pilot new monetization models like CPD credits, subscription tiers, and certification tracks.


d. Manage Exam Business Unit

  • Oversee certification and regulatory exam prep offerings.

  • Streamline learner onboarding and scheduling for operational efficiency.

  • Identify growth opportunities through partnerships with industry bodies.


e. Report & Optimize Performance

  • Deliver quarterly business reviews and actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Monitor KPIs and continuously improve product performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.

  • 8–10 years of experience in product management or business leadership, ideally in edtech or digital content.

  • Proven track record in P&L ownership and delivering commercial results.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Growth mindset with exceptional problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple projects.
