We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Finance Specialist to join our Financial Accounting & Reporting team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage full set of accounts including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Accruals, and Prepayments.
- Acts as the finance owner of an entity and provide financial insights and communicate business numbers clearly to management and business units to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Lead and manage finance-related projects independently or with minimal supervision, including process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
- Drive automation and digitalisation initiatives by exploring the use of AI and automation in finance processes, and proactively proposing and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Oversee and review accounts receivables and accounts payables prepared by the finance operations team.
- Possess a good understanding of basic tax rules (e.g. corporate income tax, withholding tax, GST/VAT) and work closely with external tax agents on tax filings, audits, and related submissions.
- In charge of coordinating the preparation and timely submission of financial statements, audits, tax returns, and GST/VAT filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Stay updated on accounting and tax regulations to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, ISCA).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years managing full set accounts.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or other major accounting/ERP systems.
- Exposure to overseas markets and cross-border accounting.
- Prior experience in Retail, E-commerce, or B2C commercial environments is a strong plus.
