Senior Executive (Marketing) - Singapore Institute of Retail Studies

[What the role is]

We are looking for an experienced Marketer to develop and manage content, across physical and digital platforms with the key objective of driving traffic, engagement and acquisition across owned media channels, supporting paid media channels where required.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our organisation website, ensuring security, functional and UX/UI optimisation


• Monitor and manage website performance with website analytics and reporting


• Develop and implement website improvements to increase traffic, user engagement and overall performance that are aligned to business objectives


• Develop, implement and manage an Omnichannel pipeline of content that includes but not exclusive to website, email, online events, social media platforms and earned media.


• Manage website technical and on-page SEO aligned to paid media that optimises driving traffic, and enhances leads acquisition to sales conversions


• Work with the NYP IT team to troubleshoot technical issues, implement solutions, and ensure website security

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Marketing or related fields


• Experience in managing and optimising Omnichannel and Content development and execution


• Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics and related software


• Proficiency in digital creation and design tools


• Knowledge and experience in SEO best practices and implementation


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
