Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and evaluate B2B marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and business growth.
Research new and existing market opportunities, including industries such as Robotics, Biomedical, Electric Vehicles, and Research Institutions.
Maintain and enhance the company's CRM database to ensure data accuracy and identify customer growth opportunities.
Engage with customers via phone, email, and meetings to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Continuously improve marketing processes based on campaign performance and data insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience in lead generation, campaign management, and marketing initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI/ Tableau, or Power Automate is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with confidence in engaging customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with strong organizational skills.
