Senior Executive, Digital Marketing (Web Strategy/Growth/Editorial)

We are looking for a driven Digital Marketing Executive to own the planning, creation, and optimisation of web pages that support business growth and digital initiatives. This role combines strategic thinking with strong execution, leveraging website best practices, content writing, and web analytics to identify opportunities, launch new pages, and continuously improve website performance, search visibility, and user experience. 

A day in the life:

·       Own the end-to-end planning and execution of web initiatives, including identifying opportunities for new page creation based on SEO research and keyword analysis.

·       Lead the development, publishing, and optimisation of web pages, ensuring alignment with SEO strategies, content marketing goals, and business objectives.

·       Create and optimise high-quality, user-centric content that improves traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

·       Continuously review and enhance existing web pages using on-page SEO techniques, A/B testing, and performance insights.

·       Analyse website performance using web analytics tools (e.g. GA4), tracking KPIs such as traffic, bounce rates, and conversions, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

·       Provide strategic input on website structure, internal linking, content hierarchy, and user journeys to enhance SEO and usability.

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure web content is aligned with business goals and brand standards.

·       Maintain high standards of content accuracy, consistency, and SEO optimisation across the website.

·       Track performance trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to drive continuous optimisation and ROI.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content writing, or website optimisation roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with web analytics, SEO tools (e.g. GA4, Google Search Console, keyword research tools), and performance measurement.

• Proven ability to manage web projects independently from planning through execution.

• Excellent content writing, editing, and content structuring skills with a strong understanding of SEO principles.

• Familiarity with on-page and technical SEO, including metadata optimisation, keyword targeting, and content performance tracking.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
