A leading Singapore portrait photography studio is hiring a genuine digital marketing all-rounder.
We're an award-winning studio creating professional, deeply personal portraits for families, individuals and companies. We're looking for someone who can own our digital presence end to end — paid media, search, content and the website — not just post pretty pictures. If you can point to campaigns you've run, numbers you've moved and pages you've built, we want to talk.

What you'll own
This role is hands-on and full-stack across digital marketing. You should be strong across all of the below.
Paid media — Meta & Google
- Plan, build, run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) - audiences, retargeting, creative testing, budget and ROAS management
- Plan, build and optimise Google Ads - Search, Performance Max and display; keyword strategy, bidding, conversion tracking and cost-per-lead management
- Own the numbers: report spend, ROAS, CPL and conversions, and act on them
Search — SEO & GEO
- On-page and technical SEO: page structure, metadata, schema, internal linking, Core Web Vitals awareness
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) - structuring our content to rank in AI-driven and LLM search results, not just classic Google
- Keyword and topic research that feeds the content plan
Website — WordPress
- Hands-on WordPress: build and edit pages, manage plugins, keep the site fast, current and on-brand
- Comfort with basic HTML/CSS to fix layout and formatting directly (no waiting on a developer for small changes)
- Curate imagery and video across the site
Content & blog
- Write and publish SEO-optimised blog posts in our brand voice
- Support the monthly newsletter and campaign copy
- Create marketing video and stills for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and beyond
Analytics & reporting
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager - set up tracking, read the data, and turn it into recommendations
- Routine, honest reporting to management: what worked, what didn't, what's next
Design & social
- Produce visuals for print and digital ads and internal collateral
- Plan and present the social calendar; collaborate with influencers on campaigns
What we're looking for (and how you'll prove it)
- 3–5+ years in digital marketing across paid, search and content — agency or in-house
- A portfolio and results you can show us: live campaigns, before/after metrics, blogs that rank
- Demonstrable, current knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, WordPress and SEO/GEO
- Strong writing in English and a good eye for design
- Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom; video editing (e.g. Premiere); content tools such as Canva
- Independent, driven, organised, and comfortable owning outcomes under pressure
