About OOm Institute

We don't just teach skills. We change trajectories.

OOm Institute is a WSQ-accredited training provider built on a simple but powerful belief: that every learner, given the right knowledge and the right environment, is capable of becoming their best. Backed by over 20 years of hands-on digital expertise from OOm, one of Singapore's leading performance marketing agencies, we bring real-world experience into every classroom, not just theory.

Our courses span digital marketing, generative AI, and critical workplace skills, and we work with everyone from fresh career starters to senior leaders at companies like Singtel, SMRT, and Singapore Pools. But regardless of who walks through our doors, our commitment is the same: to give every learner the tools, the thinking, and the confidence to solve problems on their own and not just hand them answers.

That philosophy shapes everything about how we operate. We measure ourselves by our learners' outcomes, not our class sizes. We make the difficult call to do less, better, every time. And we play to win, for every person who chooses to learn with us.

If you're someone who finds genuine satisfaction in watching people grow, who brings grit and resilience to the work even when it's hard, and who believes that building capability in others is one of the most meaningful things you can do, you'll feel at home here.

About the Role

OOm Institute is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to drive and optimise digital marketing performance across paid media, campaign execution, reporting, and lead generation activities.

  • Continuously analyse campaign performance data and recommend actionable optimisation strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI

  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copy, audience targeting, landing pages, and campaign structures

  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports and dashboards with clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders

  • Support lead generation initiatives through performance-driven digital campaigns and funnel optimisation

  • Work closely with content, design, and multimedia teams to develop effective campaign assets and messaging

  • Develop a strong understanding of the full digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, paid media, content marketing, social media, and conversion optimisation

  • Support website and landing page optimisation initiatives to improve user engagement and conversion performance

  • Monitor digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging AI tools relevant to marketing execution and automation

  • Utilise AI tools to improve campaign workflows, content ideation, reporting efficiency, research, and marketing productivity

  • Support marketing execution for events, workshops, campaigns, and learner engagement initiatives, including coordinating learner testimonials

  • Maintain accurate campaign tracking, tagging, and CRM data hygiene for proper attribution and reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting

  • Proven ability to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns based on performance data

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable marketing insights

  • Good understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and conversion funnels

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, tracking setup, and lead management processes

  • Comfortable using AI tools and platforms to support marketing execution, research, content creation, and workflow efficiency
