Job Scope:
• Manage customer journey from onboarding to post-service follow-ups.
• Address concerns proactively to enhance pre- and post-service experience.
• Track satisfaction metrics to improve touchpoints at every stage.
• Train staff to ensure smooth interactions throughout the customer journey.
• Lead engagement initiatives to build long-term customer loyalty.
 

Job Requirements:
• At least three years of relevant working experience.

• Possess a class 3 driving license will be advantageous

• Experienced in customer journey
