KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Campaign Management & Execution



  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns from briefing to post-campaign reporting.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide optimisation recommendations to improve results.

  • Prepare campaign reports, insights, and performance analysis for clients.


Client & Project Management



  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Understand clients’ marketing objectives and recommend suitable digital solutions.

  • Lead campaign discussions, status updates, and performance reviews with clients.

  • Ensure client expectations, timelines, and deliverables are effectively managed.


Strategy & Planning



  • Assist in developing digital marketing strategies and media recommendations.

  • Work with the sales and creative teams to prepare campaign proposals and presentations.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices.


Team Collaboration



  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, ad operations, and media teams.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.

  • Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders throughout campaign execution.


Additional Duties



  • Support business growth initiatives and agency projects.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.


REQUIREMENTS


Education


  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or related disciplines.

Experience



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, media agency, publisher, or related digital advertising environment.

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and digital campaigns simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with social media, programmatic, display advertising, influencer marketing, and performance marketing is advantageous.


Skills & Competencies



  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and meet tight deadlines.

  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong sense of ownership.
