What’s your mission?

You will play a strategic role in delivering excellent service to our partner brands by leading advanced analytics initiatives, guiding junior analysts, and translating complex data into clear business actions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead end-to-end data analytics initiatives, from problem definition and data extraction to insight generation and business recommendations.

  • Design, own, and continuously enhance enterprise-level dashboards, scorecards, and performance frameworks to track KPIs and SLAs across programs.

  • Act as a strategic analytics partner to cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, WFM, QA, L&D, Sales Enablement, and Leadership), translating business objectives into scalable data solutions.

  • Conduct complex deep-dive and root-cause analyses to identify performance gaps, risks, and growth opportunities, and present clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Support and influence forecasting, capacity planning, and performance modelling to enable proactive and data-driven business decisions.

  • Drive automation and optimisation of reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability at scale.

  • Ensure high standards of data governance, integrity, security, and compliance across all analytics deliverables.

  • Provide thought leadership through data storytelling, guiding stakeholders to interpret insights and take decisive action.

  • Mentor, coach, and review the work of Business Analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and capability uplift within the team.

  • Collaborate closely with management to shape analytics roadmaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence and the Quality Management System of TDCX.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time, within the scope of employment and in support of organisational objectives.

Who are we looking for?

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in an analytics-related discipline; Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field is also acceptable.

  • Preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.

  • Strong hands-on experience in conceptualising, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting data solutions that drive business outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex and diverse datasets and translate insights into compelling, executive-ready visualisations and narratives.

  • Experience in managing, mentoring, or leading a team of analysts, with the ability to guide priorities, review outputs, and uplift analytical capabilities.

  • Proactive and inquisitive mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisions constructively.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to engage senior leadership.

  • Highly detail-oriented, independent, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets for analytics is required.

  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Klipfolio, Qlik, R, or Python.

  • Adaptable and comfortable working across different stakeholders, business models, and fast-changing project environments.
