Senior Automotive Installer (Tinted Film / Dashcam)

What’s your role?
You’ll be based at our Automotive outlet, providing installation services for walk-in customers as well as those who purchase through online channels such as Shopee and Lazada.
Our product categories include window films, Car Recorders (DDPAI Dashcam) and other car accessories services.

As this is a Senior Role, you will work closely with the manager to oversee daily shop operations, ensure smooth workflow, maintain service quality, and support the growth of the installation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the manager in managing daily shop operations.

• Apply car window tinted film and perform installation of other car accessories as required.

• Perform professional installation of Car Recorders (Dashcams) and Hardwire Fuse Kits.

• Guide and support junior installers to ensure quality workmanship and service consistency.

• Explore new car accessories and recommend products that could benefit the business.

• Keep up with latest market trends and technologies in the car accessories industry.

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.

What skills are required?

• Experience in car accessories installation especially in window film, dashcams, etc preferred.

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese, which is an advantage when serving a diverse range of customers.

• Passionate about the automotive and car accessories industry.

• Team player with leadership qualities to guide junior members.

• Able to work 6 day work week with one weekday off:

  • Monday to Saturday: 10AM - 7PM

Who’s there to support you?
Don’t worry, you’ll receive hands on training to familiarize yourself with our product range and internal processes.
Team manager will guide and support you throughout onboarding and as you grow in your senior role.

You’ll also take part in internal sharing sessions on new product launches, emerging technologies, and best practices in the car accessories industry ensuring you stay updated with the latest market trends.
