Description
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
About the Team:
Follow and control cycle count process & plan including improve inventory accuracy with internal and external department
Job Description:
- Monitor all Cycle Count process and coordinate with other internal and external team to ensure that the process is running smoothly
- Deliver inventory (Cycle Count) performance to align with plan
- Deliver strong leadership, influencing and collaboration skills in working with team
- Ensure performance of temp and full time staff followed WI.
- Monitor and improve productivity of Cycle Count team
- Analyse and solve the problem including improve Cycle Count performance
- Manage day-to-day cycle count operation in WMS to align with plan
- Assist supervisor for weekly Report such as damage, aging, expired, inventory on hand, etc.
- Monitor Expired, Aging and non-moving stock in inventory.
- Managed inventory write off stock to align with finance and auditor standard
- Manage counting and transferring stock plan for all inventory location
- Reconcile stock and able to identify the variance
- To perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic management, supply chain or any related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in Warehousing (e-commerce is highly preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
- Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Good team player
- Able to work on shift and day-off when required
