Sales Merchandiser | 2 Mths | Novena | UP to $2850

Job Description:

• Build good working relationship and secure orders from stores.

• Effective communication with key store personnel on ordering, and replenishment of stocks, space buys and events.

• Execute merchandising, display and promotion plans.

• Ensure P.O.S. materials are well displayed.

• Initiative to improve planogram and increase product facings for key products.

• Ensure near expired stocks on shelf are managed well and rotated on FIFO (First in First Out) basis.

• Provide pricing of competitors’ products and displays.

• Provide updates on individual display efforts and initiatives.

• Communicate effectively with sales on all operational issues.

• Manage and provide documentation for store returns and trade deals.

• Ad hoc duties (eg. events and weekend roadshows) as and when required

Requirements: 

• Secondary education

• At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of related working experience

• Required skill: Sales experience in supermarket FMCG industry

• Aggressive, result oriented and with high personal drive to succeed

• Good communication skills
